【Tokyo Midtown Store Gallery】54th Exhibit: Delicious Smells, Delicious Aromas

From 23 October 2026 until 24 February 2027, Toraya will hold an exhibition on delicious smells and aromas at the Tokyo Midtown Store Gallery.

The world around us is filled with all kinds of smells and aromas, from the scent of flowers and the smell in the air after rain, to the aroma of freshly laundered clothes. Smells and aromas are also deeply connected to food. You may have experienced the sensation of your stomach rumbling when the aroma of delicious food reaches you, or felt happy from simply smelling something appetizing.

This exhibition broadly explores the relationship between smells and food, from how our sense of smell works to the allure of aromas that stimulate our appetite. As you make your way around the exhibition, we invite you to enjoy the experience while thinking of your own favorite smells and aromas.
